Caltex

On Friday 21st February at approx. 3.15pm, I stopped at Caltex, Williams for coffee and I also bought a Chicken Schnitzel. I continued driving but about 20km out of town I realised that the Chicken Schnitzel was not cooked properly. I pulled over and tried to call the store but the phone number on your website is not correct, the number listed is not connected. I was too far away to turn around and go back as I had another 3.5 hours of driving ahead of me. Uncooked chicken is dangerous! There were 2 Schnitzels in the cabinet so I expect that the second one was as uncooked as mine. I am feeling nauseous this morning so I am blaming the chicken. Your official website does not offer an option for complaints and the customer service line is not available during the weekend . I am not a happy customer and should probably contact the Health Department on Monday to complain there too. Make it easy for people and list correct contact numbers, if I was elderly or a child and had eaten something uncooked I might have something worse this morning than a sick stomach.
