Wednesday 22/1, 12.02. Only 1 register open at 12.02 On Wednesday 22 Jan. I had fifteen items but I went to the fast lane, limit supposedly 12 items. Apologised and explained to Jason why I was in fast lane, told quite rudely by him to have consideration for customers with only a few items and that there were other registers open which had apparently opened during the time I was standing in fast lane queue. I had already let people who had only 2 items go ahead of me. Why are Coles staff so rude. Is this customer service.
