Coles Supermarkets Australia

Hi there, I did my shopping at Coles Lismore yesterday Thursday 29th August. After Coles I headed straight for my car to go home. I got approximately 10 meters from my car and the handle on the bag I had paid for from Coles completely ripped away causing the bag to drop to the hard ground of the car park. I had 2 cartons of eggs in the bag which broke leaving sticky egg mess all through the rest of my shopping. By this point I was too exhausted and didn't have time to go all the way back into the shopping centre to tell them in store what had happened. I'm annoyed because it's bad enough that we now have to pay for plastic shopping bags but then to have it break immediately after paying for it is ridiculous. On top of this I paid for eggs which some broke so I'm a few eggs short. And then to top it all off I had to clean all of the egg mess from the broken eggs off the rest of my groceries. It was just an awful experience. I have attached a photo of the broken bag and broken messy eggs. I'm hoping I could please be offered a solution of some sort for the inconvenience I had to go through. Thankyou.
