Woolworths

I'm 60yr old, I attended orrong road woolworths wearing tracksuit pants, hair pulled up in a bun, long black coat, a black p2 mask and gloves. Upon leaving and outside the store, there were 3 men out the front door talking and not following social distancing, I looked at them disapprovingly and attempted to go around them it then became apparent that one of them was a security guard who didn't like the look I gave and he stopped me in the middle of the street and asked to look in my bag it worked I was humiliated and I let him look. I was taken back by the retaliatory attitude he displayed and I felt bullied and intimidated, he did not ask to look in anyone's else bags?
I believe I was unfairly profiled by this man because I was wearing a protective face mask and looked frumpy from being at home through isolation.
I have never been through such a horrible customer experience and will never shop at orrong road woolworths caulfield north again and will now avoid contact with woolworths in the future.

The lift to the car park is almost never cleaned and is disgusting

The car park has rubbish everywhere. 3 weeks ago it was swept into a corner and the rubbish is still there

Staff smoke at entrance of car park and leave coffee cups and cigarette buds everywhere

This has been going for a while and the manager and staff don't really care about it

I know some residents of the apartment have mentioned it but nothing has been done
