My husband purchased health insurance from MedGuard360 which was handled by Atlas Benefits. After talking about it we decided that if there was a medical crisis we would end up having to pay too much out of pocket, so we started shopping for something better.
We found another program and started contacting Atlas right away and trying to cancel this policy. I called four times and left voice mails and they were never returned, I also called four times and was put on hold for a half hour each time and after being on hold all that time they came on and said there was no one to help me and hung up on me. This happened over the next couple of weeks and finally after the 1st of January they returned one of our calls on January 2nd and said that they had canceled the policy, when I called to get the $69.99 that they had charged my credit card they informed me that I couldn't get my money because it was canceled on the 2nd one day too late.

This is not the worst customer service I've ever had but it ranks right up there with them.

    I am new to mediguard360. I just received my benefit info and have a few questions. I also could not get through. I left a vm and received an e-mail indicating they got my question and someone would be contacting me. A little while later I did get a vm response from one rep Kris. I had another question regarding Kris's response and I received an e-mail response from Astin. I just want to be able to call the member services number and have someone pick up the call without having to wait and leave messages. I am grateful I did get a response. I called the sales number and got through. I spoke with Mary who was very nice. Mary did help answer some of my question. I now need to find out my the benefits card only has my name and does not include my family members, Mary will have a rep call me.
