My girlfriend made a booking 23 November 2022, made payment 24 November 2022 for the 09 January 2023 which was my girlfriends' bday. When I Marlon Davids, her boyfriend confirmed 05 January with Debbie (owner) I was told that they are fully booked. Not one of the other dates given could assist us, nor another guesthouse.
So Debbie insisted that she will refund us, it's more than two weeks later and Debbie either ignore our calls or when answering comes up with new excuses. We have made numerous calls, sent numerous WhatsApp but do not get the desired outcome.
Desired outcome: Our full refund of R2400
