Atlantic Brain and Spine review: Release of work for broken back

I had a horrific accident 4/25/22 and my spine has 7 compressed fractures c-4,6,7 t-1,3,7,8 and Dr Thomas Melin help proceed with the social security disability claim. I also have a disability insurance claim for payments and when I declined vertebroplasty procedure on my back which has side effects; he has written to Hartford insurance that i am able to return to work at 100 percent with no restrictions even though I'm now collecting SSD. I believe that this is malicious compliance for the decline to proceed with the surgery. I won't get any better maybe a little more comfort but never any better. This callous behavior should be reprimanded if not compensated for my inconvenience and not receiving any of the moneys that is being held until this situation is resolved.
