ATI Restoration review: Restoration

This is a terrible company to do business with. They have no regard for customer service. They did a work in my home in April 2025, and damaged some items. They agreed to pay $400 based on the value of the damage. They crafted a docusign and both parties signed. About 6 months go by after several follow ups, they still had not paid. The reason for the delay I was given each time was that management was meeting and they hadn't processed by case batch, or that they had changed their systems and they were still reviewing data. When I contacted them, they said they hadn't been paid by the insurance company. Keep in mind they never raised this issue before and never contacted me. By that time, I was no longer using that insurance company but I still followed up with them to ensure they got paid. I got confirmation that they had been paid, but they still haven't paid me nor responded all my emails. It is 8 months now, I am still contacting them, hopefully they will pay me.
