Assupol review: No claim bonus

I am trying to get my no-claim bonus for 2 cycles from Assupol without any luck. Numerous emails were sent to their Complaints and Claims departments. I receive emails back to say they will call me back within 3 hours. The last mail I received with this promise was sent 7 days ago. When you phone, you hold on for literally hours, and then the line drops.
Assupol is eagerly taking your monthly premium without any delay, but there is definitely NOW client service.
I want to cancel my policIES now.
