Bought on 7th jan 2026 to hard but advertised as medium comfort rating and suits all sleep types which is untrue they will not accept return as the wrapper it came is as been taken off, laughed at by sales man on the telephone when saying i'm in pain and cannot sleep on it he then said yes its hard isn't it! But said no return as its been used like an item of clothing totally discussing, don't waste your money go any where else try before you buy its a scam.

Claimed loss: 500 pounds

Desired outcome: refund and apology.
