Aspen Dental - Full top denture

I moved to Florida at Thanksgiving of 2022. My ordeal started on Dec 5, 2022. I had a crown snap off at the gum on Sat. Dec 3, 2022. I didn't have any idea where to go and since the crown was in the front of my mouth it needed to be taken care of. I was starting a new job on Dec 12, 2022. I found Aspen Dental in Winter Haven. They could see me on Monday Dec. 5, 2022. I went in and due to the other teeth missing on the top of my mouth, it was decided that I should get a full denture. They made an appointment for the next day to pull the remaining teeth, and create a temporary denture. I went in the next morning, and the dentist didn't pull the teeth, He ripped the teeth out of my gums. I was extremely traumatized by the whole thing. I had the temporary in and I was sent home. I went back on Dec 27, 2022 for them to be checked and a soft liner put in. I told them that the bite was off. They told me that it would be fine once I got my permanent denture in 6 months. I continued to go back every month to have a soft liner put in the temporary denture. (I filed a complaint at this time) They called and told me to give them a chance to correct the problem. I went in on May 8, 2023 to get my permanent denture. A tech brought them in and we put them in. They didn't not fit right, the front was to high in the gum, and my bottom teeth didn't touch all the teeth, just the back teeth touched. The dentist couldn't even be bothered to come in and check to see if they were ok. I was sent home. I suffered with the pain in the front of my mouth at the gums for 2 weeks. I made an appointment and went back to have them adjusted. I went in, the tech again was the person that came to find out what was wrong, and adjusted them. They were a little better at the gum line, but they still didn't feel right. Again the dentist didn't bother to come see if everything was alright. I started to have issues with my bottom front teeth and have started seeing a new dentist closer to where I work. The denture does not fit right and is causing the teeth to be overly sensitive. I will have to have the denture replaced to correct the fit problems. I have not been in contact with Aspen Dental again. I will not go back to them.

Desired outcome: Refund of the cost of the deture.

Aspen Dental - Billing

Beware of this company billing practices, they are crooks. They verify & charge your deductible and your portion of your bill at the time of your appointment. They then send an incomplete bill for your dental insurance to pay for the reminder.

Dental insurance would not pay an incomplete bill and they know this too well.

In the meantime the sent you many letters demanding payment. If you fall for the pressure and pay them, they then send a complete bill to insurance to get pay. They will get paid twice for the same service. Same has happened to many people. If you don't pay this bills they will send you to collections while they still waiting for payment from your insurance.

Aspen Dental - X rays - dental hygienist cracked my tooth

I came to visit the Aspen Location in Winter Haven FL. First off I did not expect to be in the office for a 2 hour dentist visit. When I was called back the Dental assistant took my xrays of my mouth but when he forced the tool in my mouth he cracked a portion of my tooth now I am in severe pain due to this and do not have the funds to get the tooth pulled. Mind you this tooth NEVER caused me issues. I am looking to contact corporate regarding this situation before I take further obligations. They also told me I need 25, 000 dollars worth of teeth repairs which is OUTRAGEOUS!. I will never recommend this dental office to anyone. Corporate will be hearing from me and my lawyer at this point.
