Aspen Dental 5510 E 41st Tulsa, Ok 74135

I have two pair of dentures that fit perfect in my mouth my lips close together I sound normal when I talk & I can chew my food no problem. The dentures I wear everyday became loose I went to aspen dental to get the soft line so they would fit tight again the assistant takes them to Dr Timothy Semon he comes in tells me we are going to do a reline not the soft line he said we are going to do and impression and that I would have to leave them and come back tomorrow for the fitting. I come for the fitting my dentures look totally different they changed the size and shape of my dentures they told me to put them in my mouth they would not go I looked like a buck tooth beaver I couldn't talk I couldn't bit down It was horrible so the Dr he over there filing and doing stuff bring them back they still were not right finally after being there for two hours he said were going to totally make a new denture so here we go another impression come back in two days I did they still did not fit couldn't talk or bit down we are going to do another impression come back I did still did not fit I had to keep getting impressions keep coming back I was patient with them and they thanked me for being patient I was upset but I didn't go off. Yesterday was the eighth time going I said to myself this is the last time if you can't get it right after eight visits you not going to get it right. I am very upset and I don't appreciate it a good pair of dentures that I paid for totally messed up. All those trips all the gas I don't live close. Now I am back to one pair of dentures because I will not wear those dentures anywhere.
