First of all, we did our homework by interviewing several different solar providers. We narrowed our choice to Sandy, based on her excellent reviews. She met with us a little over a year ago! She is very professional, did a great job of explaining the process of what her solar company can do for us, and how it works in conjunction with APS. It turned out that our solar system was going to take more steps to be installed because, our main electrical was located in a far corner of our yard, away from our home. This involved trenching our yard. We also had some issues with our setbacks. To make a long story short, what an incredible job all the trades did from the trenchers, electricians, the solar panel installers, the guys who fired up the panels, and the inspectors. Sandy's staff were always available to answer our questions or concerns. So far we are producing lots of solar energy & loving it! Sandy has been true to her word and had lived up to her reviews. We are very happy we chose Solar Sandy!

Customer service was awesome. Willing to answer any and all questions. They "held our hands" through the entire process and kept up to date the whole time.

Solar Sandy has been up front with us and handled issues during the install so we did not have to. In the end the install has meet all our expectations. The energy produced looks to be in line with what Solar Sandy projected. Our experience with Solar Sandy has be all positive.

My experience was great, but unfortunately, the roof of my house isn't great for solar. Sandy was informative and quite pleasant without pressuring. It was a pleasure dealing with her, it just didn't make sense for us. If we ever move and reconsider, Sandy will be my first call.

We has Solar Sandy install our solar panels and are ver happy with them! Sandy explained everything to us so we could decide to install the panels or not! We are glad we went ahead and had them install the panels! Sandy told us that enough panels would be installed so that our average annual per month electrical cost would be around $50! During the hot peak season, with our A/C running 24/7, our cost has been around $72. However, our off peak monthly cost has been around $23, which averages around &50/mo! We are very happy with Solar Sandy!

Sandy was the only "Solar" company representative that had the knowledge to answer my questions and concerns. She did not deflect or or shy away from answering all my questions immediately, accurately and truthfully. Sandy was upfront about turning my APS expenses into a positive cash flow. The energy Mgmt system has reduced my energy use from an average of $6/day to $2/day. My investment in the Solar System has increased my property value better than half the investment; the system has created a hedge against the certainty of rate hikes; and added value to the selling price of my home when I go to sell the property ( Imagine buying a home and not having an APS expense for the next 10 - 20 years!

My husband & I bought our house in 2019. We rented it for a year, then we moved in the winter of 2020 after I retired. My nephew told us about his solar on his home he owns in Surprise. Were also new to the area and had planned on going solar once we got settled. First thing on our to-do list was get a garage/shop built in our backyard. That took more time than was estimated, but we now had the perfect roof for a solar garden. We had four different companies come give us their presentation.. what they would do, for how much, and how it would effect our ***. The *** one who looked at this project from the *** point of view, was Solar Sandy. She calculated our needs, what it would take, how much space we had, and came up with a plan tailored just for us. Her company not only covers our first year in solar payments and any power bills, but will monitor our system to help us adjust where needed. Her team is pretty amazing. They remember who we are, what we need, and are very helpful. We chose Solar Sandy because she has this solar business down to a science, where other companies will only help out with your power needs. Solar Sandy June 13 through July 13 SRP ***, 31 days - Astounding!This months 31 day *** for our SRP (Salt River Project) E-27 solar plan was $5.65 thats $*** for off-peak net cost (53 kWh at $0.0360 per kWh) and $*** for on-peak net cost (81 kWh at $0.0462 per kWh).Compare our last years *** without a solar panel system2080 kWh used to this year: we used a net 134 kWh. Translate that to dollars: last year our cost was $ *** and this year was $5.65a *** comparison.Now SRP cannot make money on its E-27 plan, so they devised two chargesa flat $32.44 monthly service charge and demand charge which can be excessive. Our demand charge was kept to a minimum by moving our demand setting to 2.0, which is the lowest we could set. This setting yielded 1.9 kW, as the highest reading for the month. We were too cold at 71 degrees, so we moved our temperature setting to 78 degrees. We were comfortable all month.This *** period, June 13 through July 13 (31 days), was excessive as to outside heat temperatures: 14 days at *** degrees 16 days at *** degrees 1 day at 95 degrees The Solar Sandy system is truly amazing, that it was able to keep our home temperature at 78 degrees for 30 days when outside temperatures were *** degrees at a net cost of $5.65 for the month. They stopped talking to me about fixing the broken thing they sold me. They came over in September and said my inverter was broken and they would replace it in 3 weeks. It was either September 21 or 22, I'm not exactly sure. I haven't heard anything since then. When I asked both solar Sandy and *** about it, they just blame each other. I feel like I'm stuck in the middle of their fight and now I'm left with a 100k solar system that only gives me 50% of the power they promised. I just want it fixed and maybe have a different company take care of the warranty work.
