ASI Appliance

My maytag washing machine stopped working on January 4TH, 2023. I purchased this washer 11-23-22, I called ASI appliance the following week to set up a day for their technician to come out. The technician advised me that the clutch assembly was out and he also advised me to go ahead and change out the motor for a total of $408.55. I agreed to get the work done and had to wait another 2 weeks for the parts. On Monday January 23rd the tech showed back up and attempted to install the motor and clutch assembly. The tech was unable to install anything because he was unable to remove a bolt that connects the wash tub. He actually stripped out the bolt and advised me to call whirlpool to see if they would cover him breaking the bolt to get the motor and clutch. I asked him to call but he refused and left. I then called Whirlpool and spoke to Tamica at 10;30am who told me that the ASI tech should have called their senior tech and he would have explained to the ASI tech how to remove the bolt before he stripped it out. I spoke to the tech around 5pm on the same day and he advised me that he went to the same school as whirlpool technicians did and he saw no need to call them. He also advised me he would have to break the bolt assembly to get to the problem and the total bill would be about $1,100.00. I told him that was totally unacceptable and would never use their service again.

We purchased a $700 replacement microwave and it immediately started having issues, aci appliance has tried to repair it 6 times, it still doesn't work right and im tired of working around aci appliance crazy stupid appointment scheduling. We do not rise at 7am nor can we wait all day to see if they show up. Their repairman is very kind, but their office staff is rude and terrible to deal with.

This unit is obviously a lemon and needs to be replaced. I can't call another repair company because it is now out of warranty.
