Issue was not resolved and the tech over promised and under delivered. On the last tech visit the tech said we would have a full ice bin in 4 days. The first two days we had to wait for the refrigerator to cycle and then 2 days later we would have a full bin. This did not happen, and when we called to schedule a visit, the tech refused to come out for the appt,claiming the ice maker makes only 5 cubes ever 2 to 2.5 hours. This refrigerator was brand new June 2nd, and it is not functioning properly. Whirlpool said the tech would need to call from our house to move further on getting this fixed. The tech refuses to come look at the refrigerator.
Desired outcome: refund or repair
ASI Appliance - Warranty repair
6 month old Whirlpool dryer not heating. Repair is under warranty. Whirlpool contracts with ASI Appliance for service. Appt made over two weeks ago, all instructions followed (appt wait time is all day, 8 am till afternoon, call if need to cancel) Tech no shows and ASI rep (Rochelle) mocks customer for being deaf. When contacted by Whirlpool, Rochelle lies about scheduling. Untrustworthy and unprofessional.
Desired outcome: Service as contracted
