Great Response and Product - Horrible Customer Satisfaction
If you are looking to patronage with this company be forewarned, they do not handle shipping errors well. I made the mistake and sent my order to an old address. I was able to retrieve the order. However, I also made the mistake of ordering two bottoms for a bikini instead of a top and bottom. I sent one bottom back and have been waiting over 3 weeks to receive the exchange for a top. They sent the replacement top to the old address although I gave them the correct address. They are unaware of their power to correct the situation. Each time I inquire on the whereabouts of the replacement order, the cite that they have not received it back yet from USPS. It's been 3 weeks so I think it may be lost or stolen. When I ask how long they will wait, they do not answer. It's been a very distressing experience for my first time patronizin this business.
Recommendation: Don't Do It!!!! You will regret it!
