Arizona Pain

I recently went to Arizona Pain for my chronic back pain, and let me tell you, it was absolutely amazing! The staff there were so friendly and helpful, and they really took the time to listen to my concerns. The doctor I saw was top-notch and knew exactly what he was doing. He explained everything to me in a way that I could understand, and he made sure I was comfortable throughout the entire process.

The facility itself was clean and well-maintained. I felt safe and secure during my visit, which is always a plus. The waiting area was cozy and had plenty of seating, so I didn't have to stand around for too long. The receptionist was also very nice and efficient, which made checking in a breeze.

One thing that really stood out to me was the level of care I received. The staff at Arizona Pain genuinely cared about my well-being and wanted to help me find relief from my pain. They offered a variety of treatment options and worked with me to create a personalized plan that suited my needs. I really appreciated their dedication and attention to detail.

Arizona Pain is absolutely amazing! The doctors and staff are incredible. They have gone above and beyond what I expected. Dr. Smith discovered a tumor on my L3/4 spine and promptly referred me to a neurosurgeon. I highly recommend Dr. Smith and his team because they genuinely care about their patients. They are always there for you!

I gotta say, AZ Pain and all them folks over there are just great. The docs and their assistants ain't never in a hurry to kick you out. They listen real good, and they're so dang kind and understanding. They do their darndest to help with any problems you got. I ain't never had no issues with 'em, and I reckon you should give 'em a try. I see *** You, and she's just wonderful!

I've been going to Arizona Pain for 'bout 5 years now. My old doc retired, so I switched over to them to help with my long-time injury pain. Every single person I've met there, from the person at the front desk to the medical peeps to the docs, have been amazing. They got two locations, and both places got top-notch staff. They treat you like a real person, not just a number, which I really appreciate. And I gotta give a special shoutout to my current doc, ***, who actually listens, understands, and works with you to figure out the best treatment plan for your needs. I can't recommend Arizona Pain enough.

I went to Arizona Pain last Tuesday for a surgery, and I told the nurses and doctor about a painful bump on my neck. They went ahead with the procedure anyway. The next day, I had to go to the ER because my bloodwork showed signs of an infection. When the ER called Arizona Pain, the on-call PA said that the high white blood cells were probably from the RFA, and the ER doctor told me to go to the clinic the next morning for the same procedure on the other side. It cost $4,000. Two days later, I ended up back in the ER with an ear infection that had spread too far for a simple tube placement, and I needed IV potassium. Arizona Pain Specialists only care about making money. They have patients lined up like cattle every day at their surgery center, and they don't care about patient health as long as they make a buck.

I went to Arizona Pain. The nurses had a high turnover and there would be new employees every time. I got a stellate ganglion block at Arizona Pain from a doctor who just started at the clinic. The doctor had me tilt my head straight up (as opposed to laying my head to the side as should be done) and then stabbed the needle in my neck right next to my jugular. This is not where the insertion is supposed to be at all. Less than 5 minutes after the needle was inserted into my neck I had a reaction where my throat felt as if it was closing up. I could barely breathe. I could not speak. After being provided some water I was sent home with almost no capability of speaking. I could not speak for 12 hours. If I tried hoarse sounds that barely sounded English would come out. This doctor was brand new, inexperienced, and put my life at risk. I genuinely would have sued them if I was not already wrapping up the end of my custody battle. Over a year later I now have a bill from collections after this event. I would not trust these people with my brother, mother, or worst enemy.
