I had booked Arianna hotel for 2 nights i. e from 9th Oct to 11th Oct. And I had made a full payment online via my cc before my travel. Once I arrived in Singapore and when to the hotel I was only able to get the room from 9th Oct to 10th Oct. I was kicked out since there were no rooms vacant. I asked for a refund and the hotel refunded me with 94.16 reversal. But this still has not be credited back to my CC and its going to be nearly a month. Please look into this issue seriously.
