Aptive Pest Control review: Service

My name is Carolyn j. Banks, I reside in the Hillsborough county, Tampa, Florida. I hired Aptive to spray the inside of my house approximately 4 months ago. The iniital charge was $88.00, then went up to $110.00. I received at least 4 spraying prior to this complaint. On 7/2/2024, I was looking at my emails around 9: 00 am and I received message stating that my spraying had been completed. I went to the front door and I see their sign in my yard stating that they have completed spraying. I then called the company and advised their office that my house have not been sprayed as I been home and was in the house. She said she will check and get back with me. She called back in about 10 minutes and said my yard was sprayed I advised her I hired them to spray the interior of my house. She said that she see that in their records and that she can reschedule the appointment. I advised her due to employee didn't call your office to let them know he didn't spray, I rather for him not to return and to cancel any future schedule as well as return my monies. She then stated that she can send my concern to upper management and get back with me. She sent email instead of a call and said since they used some of the spray by spraying my yard, they cannot refund me. I sent another email requesting refund and on yesterday, 7/9. I received another email stating that they are denying my claim for reimbursement. (2) they increased their charges without notifying the client. I asked about that concern, was told their was an increased, I advised her as a client I have a right to know in advance. Today, 7/10, I was in my front yard and I see several dead spots of grass, apparently they have killed. I got more upset as I work hard in my yard.
