Aptiva Environmental review: Scam service. I want my money back.

I am forced to pay $199 because it was sent to collections. After 3 treatments from this company, I had someone take a second option about my property for pests. Guess what? The person who gave me a second opinion was the Aptiva Environmental staff who came to my house. He squirted solutions 10-15 minutes outside my house for $105. He said that my house didn't need pest control service because my house didn't have pest issues. I have a brand new house. So, I canceled the service with Aptiva Environmental because based on that staff's judgment, my house did not have pest issues. I told the rep that I didn't need the service cause I don't have bug problems. I stopped payment after 3 treatments. The company kept sending me text messages that I needed to pay. What for? Their own staff stated that I didn't have pest issues. Moving on... my account was sent to collections for a cost of $199 for an early termination fee. I got penalized for being honest. I had to pay $199 against my will. I am really bothered by this. I want my money back. Can someone please help me?
