Right before Thanksgiving my refrigerator started making a funny beeping sound. I called what I thought was a repair person who worked on Kenmore refrigerators. He told me he'd send a guy out the next day, which he did. This person said it was the panel on back of the appliance, and he'd have to order a part. The part would be sent in 9 days and he'd come back and install it. I wrote him a check over $300.00. He came back and installed the panel. I asked him what the warranty was on it, he said 30 days on labor, 90 on the part. I wrote him another check for over $300.00, and he left. 28 days later the refrigerator started making the same sound. I called them back and they said he'd be back on the 29th. I haven't seen or heard from him since. I found out from a lawyer the person's name is John McFadden, his phone number is [protected]. He calls his business Appliance Network. He's a liar and a thief. Do not do business with them. You've been warned.

Desired outcome: I'd like some of my money back. Oh, and he was dead wrong as to the problem. I got another repair person out here and he showed me where the problem was, and it was not the panel on the back.
