I just used Apple Tree Honda for the first time. I gave them a three because of how nice the people were to deal with. Both in the parts department and my service agent. They were both friendly and seemed to have a good handle on their jobs. That's the good part of the review. My repair rated out as a 1-1&1/2 hour job, of course they charged for 1&1/2 hours. I had my car in at 9:30 in the morning and was told it would be 1&1/2 hours and to check back then. 2:15pm and the car was finally done. As other reviews have previously stated, the appointment time means absolutely nothing. it's more like , this is the time we want you to bring the car in and we'll put you in line. From that point who knows when someone will get to your car. My car was not on the lift for more than 45 minutes max. This is not an issue with the staff, this is a dealership issue. They are responsible for how service is scheduled and the bogus appointment procedure bs. If I were just rating the service level , the average of 2 you see would be pretty accurate. I probably would not have chosen them, but I was here on vacation and needed it done quickly (haha) as we were scheduled to leave in a couple of days.
Recommendation: Look elsewhere for service
