AOL Gold review: Tech support

On or about September 24, 2023 at around 9:00 PM Eastern Daylight time I was having an issue reinstalling AOL Desktop Gold on my PC running Windows 11. I received an unsolicited call from your Tech Department trying to "help." The home phone was [protected]. The tech took control of my computer and immediately tried to sell me a New Ant-Virus program for $300.00 US dollars. He couldn't restore AOL Desktop Gold but he did steal all my credit card and banking information and has made numerous fraudulent purchases on my accounts. This is a cyber criminal and must be tracked down and dealt with. We will contact the authorities on this end, however you must be able to find the perpetrator as I came from AOL. You must be able to find this person as it was the last person from your tech department I spoke to. Apparently this person is based in India.
