I bought a replica watch from them and they contacted me via WhatsApp saying I need to provide my passport copy and the handwritten date next to it. I refused and they said they cannot do business with me unless I do that. They said I can pay by bank transfer and they will refund me the credit card payment. I refused as this was suspicious as they had already received my payment so I was confused as to why they are doing this. They said they will refund me and I can pay again so I agreed for a refund. They said it will take up to 30 days so to wait. I messaged them a week later saying I have not received my refund and they replied with "pls be patient" and another week later they said they had asked the bank for a refund before and again to "pls be patient" 3 weeks later the same thing and a month later they started to ignore me. I do not know what to do. They have scammed me out of £300 and I haven't received my refund and am now being ignored. They are scammers and a fraudulent company and many others have also experienced this. This is not acceptable and I would like my refund.
