Bag12.com BAG12.COM lies and cheats FRAUD

1. you order the watches
2.They usually doesn´t have one of the watches you want.
3. they doesn´t send you the watches and they never refund the money you have payed
4. When you write mails to them, they usually anwer with lies and false tracking number
5.They can spend 1 month responding you with lies, but you are not going to get anything from them.
DON´T BUY IN THIS WEB bag12.com AND www.watch2020.info ARE FRAUDULENT. iF YOU HAVE ALREADY BOUGHT IN THIS WEBS, CONTACT WITH YOUR BANK IN ORDER TO REVERT THE PAYMENT

Because of the Christmas and New Year, the delivery of post office is delay, please forgive us. And the delivery speed is the slowest at this time every year. Remind that if is you want to buy gifs for your families and friends, please order one month in advance.

4 weeks since i order my watches! Send money with Western Union (my mistake)
And i m still feed with promises about tracking number and "we will dispatch in 2 days"

Bag12.com BAG12.COM - Unacceptable behavior

Please find here below my experience with bag12.com.

I put an order (2 watches) mid of July 2011.
I received both mid of August.
I informed you that one of them was not working (time stopped).
BAG12 requested to send it back to them in order to fix it and I should
accept the extra dispatch costs (even it was not fair).
I highlighted to verify at least that the new one they were going to
send back would work properly.
I sent it on 1/9 and BAG12 confirmed the receive on 13/9.
I received the "fixed" watch on 24/11.
Unfortunately I faced exactly the same problem (time stops).
I informed BAG12 accordingly on 28/11.
BAG12 requested to send it again back to them with my charge.
Today is 8/12 (6 months since my initial order) and BAG12 has not answered to my request of money refund.

A really inadmissible shop!

They still offer me a 10$ discount for my next buy, because I have already paid 13$ for extra postage cost (at the first time) and in order to refund my money back I have to pay 13$ more (second dispatch).
Of course we don't count the suffering of their support and unreliability!

Highly NOT recommended e-shop!

Dear bag12com,
Please find attached the requested photo.
Yes it is automatic watch and indeed I wind it before send you my complain (I complained 4 days after the receive).
I would also like to remind you that I ordered 2 automatic watches and only the 1 was defected.
My objection is that I do not accept to pay the extra postage costs (17euro in total) in order to send it back to you again, since it was your fault (twice) and as you can imagine it has been passed to long time (6 months) from my initial order.

Bag12.com Stay well clear

Hi, Purchased two rolex watches off this web site and the only thing I can say cheap s**** could have bought better quaility off the lookie, lookie men in spain. They state that their watches are 99% accurate to the original, that's a laugh I don't know what original they were looking at but it's not the one I have seen. Take my advice and stay well clear of the mickey mouse watches they sell. cheap cheap cheap cheap cheap cheap cheap cheap cheap cheap cheap cheap cheap cheap cheap cheap cheap cheap cheap cheap cheap S****.

That is not my first time when i am in troubles with Chinese these liars!

@ all people have Complaints about bag12.com company. I am ailsa lu from bag12 company. There are some complaints about our company on the policies of Returns & Exchange. Now about these misunderstanding or accident, I want to do some explanation. Sorry for my poor english, I will try my best to express my thinking clearly.
Our company has established a long time. There have been many people order from us. Many of them are satisfied with our products and service. We try our best to provide the best quality products and the best service all the time. But sometimes there are some unexpected thing prevent us from doing it better. For example, there is something wrong in the carrying, we can't receive the send back product in time; There is error in customer's email address, we can't contact with the customers about their order; Or we have contacted with customers but can't get any responds, so sometimes we miss the time to communicate with customers and then we receive the Complaints.
Please forgive these fault of ours, please believe our sincere. Please contact us when you have a problem and give us some times to resolve it. Give us some patiences, We will appreciate it very much.

Hey bag12.com, If your sorry why don't you send me a watch that works or my money back? I sent you a picture of the broken watch the day I got it in the mail. It was broken, and you agreed and told me to send it back at my expense. After that why would I spend more money to send a broken watch you sent me. Don't come on a site too cover up your polices. I was cheated, thanks Bag12.com, this is what happens when you get your stuff from China. You cant report them to the Attorney General.

I paid for my order of two watches and my credit company confirmed that the money had been processed.
But although i proofed that the money has been processd they still deny recieving payment and asking me to send the paiment again

dnt buy from them they are fraud, ill loose your money

This company is one big scam I ordered a watch in June after three weeks they contacted me and told me the watch I ordered wasn't in stock.So I ordered new watch bcause they refused to send my money back.when watch arrived it was cheap looking, pieces missing, discolored, and not working so I paid to send back and they refused to give me new watch or my money back

I bought few watches from bag12.com in more than one order, and no complains at all. Great quality, 95 % close to the originals. Only one problem on this website, maybe is the same problem for all of china wholesale, they promise 2 or 3 days shipping, but don't be dreamer you will get your order at least two weeks later. But don't worry, cheap and good quality sounds a good deal for someone that wants fake items. Warranty? Could be a real pain, I don't know. But if you get something from them, I don't think that it is good deal to return the items, shipping cost is high. A fake but close to the original for $50 to $100 for me is a good deal, if you are looking for best quality, or pay more(300 or more with no warranty or the same warranty) or go to Mayors and get the original.
Recommendation: for the first time, don't get too many items, please wait till they ship one order, if you don't get any pain, then make more deals. And please don't get items with too many customs, remember they are replicas, go for the plain style and you wont be disappointed.

Hi all. I ordered a Breitling watch and it arrived in about a week... even though it was right in the middle of Christmas post... I'm impressed with it. It's obvious it's not going to be exactly like the real thing, but, hey, for $83 dollars it's not bad at all... I don't know what all the fuss is about. _ I did have one small problem. The instruction booklet was for another watch but I can't forsee a problem getting the correct one to me in the post.

The worst e-shop ever!
It received a problematic watch, send it back for correction and resend me again a problematic watch, even if I highlighted to check it before send it back to me!
Now they ask to resend it back (!)
I paid twice dispatch and custom costs.
Highly recommendation: Never buy from this e-shop.

I placed a order with them yesterday and received a automated email shortly after with my conformation and receipt. I also received another one today saying my item had been shipped but they didn't give me a tracking number so i emailed them for a tracking number and have already received it. so far so good i just hope i don't receive a damaged watch as some of you have talked about. As of right now i am very satisfied and will try to remember to keep everyone updated on my order status but so far they have been nothing but professional and very quick to respond and ship.
