She refuses to allow me to go to Souix Falls, Iowa and check out the machine. She insists on shipping it from Iowa to South Arkansas. She states that she will pay for the shipping at no extra cost. She states that she will use eBay for my payment. That she will ship it to me. I have 5 days to check it out. If I am not satisfied, she will pay for the shipping cost back to Iowa and eBay will refund my money if I am not satisfied.
Something about this just does not seem to be on the Up and Up. Could you check out this deal and get back with me please.
She is now using a name under Victoria Taylor - BUYERS BEWARE! Same story, throat surgery, husband diet..She also sent over an invoice from ebay requesting payment.

Reading these comments are very interesting. I got an email from "her" claiming that her SON died. not her husband. Must be a scam

Anna Carey is a scammer. I have lost money and pursuing legal action against her or her associates in Birmingham, Alabama. She promised to send me the backhoe and never did. Don't trust her. She is a big time fraudster.

Anna Carey/ 2012 John Deere 310sx on Boise Craigslist, come to find out it is NOT in Boise, but in Sioux City, Iowa. Claims it has just over 1, 000 hrs run, and the backhoe is it at shipping dept ready to ship. Wants payment through eBay. Says she will do a "private" Buy it Now for $12, 500.00. Her husband past away, she had throat surgery, and is selling this backhoe to pay bills, after moving in with her daughter. She sent my partner an email reply from annacarey747@comcast.com... here's the email contents:

Same thing here. She have a boat for sale in Craigslist that is worth $65, 000.00 and she is asking $26, 600.00. Same deal, payment thru Ebay. Do not want me to go there to see it.

Machine probably worth $50, 000 but only asking $16, 500 and "free" shipping. My husband asked for her phone number but she just had throat surgery and can't talk. Again, it it seems too good to be true, it probably is !
Anna Carey/2015 King Ranch Ford F-150. She has a King Ranch F-150 on Craigs list with the exact same details. She pays for shipping to us, 5 days to inspect etc... After thinking the price seemed too good to be true, my husband started checking out Craigs List policies and they state under no circumstance do their transactions deal with a third party. Then upon checking with ebay, they do NOT offer such a service to handle the money transactions for a Craigs List listing. Unfortunately we think this is a scam. Buyer be ware, if it sounds too good to be true, it probably is...
