I attempted to place an order online. When paying I was only guve 3 choices a loft charge card, PayPal, Klara. There was no option to enter my bank credit card. I chose PayPal. The order would go to PayPal and immediate return to loft. PayPal said the problem was not with them. I texted Loft customer service 3x with no answer. I called customer service i could barely understand the person's english and they were zero help. I tried 11 times to order and finally gave up. Then looked up Lofts reviews which were very bad. They had a score of 1.3 out of 5.
You tried 11 times and they gave you nothing but roadblocks — that's not on you. I'd keep records of every attempt, then move on. A 1.3 rating isn't a coincidence. You dodged a bullet.
