Since I hired her 2 and half years ago for immigration purposes, it's been nothing but a lie after the next.for that 2and half years absolutely nothing has been filed at all.it's been one interview after another, endless cash wires yet the promises that something will be filed"soon" has been consistent.she keeps beeping her own horns about the excellent quality of work she provided.last straw when she asked me for another 7000$ advance to supposedly file another paper, here I asked to see my file to see what had costed
me close to 17000$, she refused to let me see my files or obviously get a copy of it, claiming that this is her hard work and she won't ever allow me to take it even though I had paid for all that work.now I'm at my wit ends.dont know what do pay the last 7000$ and finish to the result promised or quit which it would be a waste of the money previously spent.
The complaint has been investigated and resolved to the customer’s satisfaction.
This is NOT our experience with Atty Pacis. She was professional, courteous and knowledgeable about our immigration file and always available and easy to reach. Our schedule was crazy and she found a way to accommodate it on evenings and weekends. Her fees were reasonable, given the Access to Justice practice, and we were only charged based on the nature of the work.
