They did a relatively good job.
The billed me twice fo the city license. When the city inspector asked for the permits, they could not provide them.
They have given me lots of pretexts of how they were working to get those permits.
It’s been 6 months that I have been calling once or twice a month to see where were those permits.
They promised by the end of May I would have them on hand for the inspector, and nothing. Not a word.

Desired outcome: I need to have the permits. The city inspector has given me some time to try getting them, but Angels Heating and Cooling just keeps brushing me aside.
