I paid AMZ Hive LLC $2,000 for three ecommerce stores. What I got was one poor-quality store, and the other two were never built or delivered. Once they had my money, meaningful communication stopped and the project was simply abandoned. I kept my payment records and documentation of the deficient store they delivered. I filed a complaint with the Texas Attorney General (TCP-065207), and reports with the FTC and the FBI's Internet Crime Complaint Center. I also sent them a formal demand letter under the Texas Deceptive Trade Practices Act. As of this writing, I have not received a refund or a substantive response. This was my hard-earned money, and I trusted them to do the work they sold me. Business owners: get every deliverable and deadline in writing before you pay anyone a dollar.
Claimed loss: 2000
Desired outcome: Full refund
