Amwaaja Inc review: Never delivered shipment after payment

I placed two orders from Amwaaja Inc. one on 2023/10/04 and the other one on 2023/10/10. In the total amount of $5590.00.

The first order was shipped and the day it was supposed to arrive, I received an email saying I had to pay another $3900.00 to receive the shipment. I refused because it clearly states on their website, they pay all additional fees including VAT. They also offered free returns.

The owner said he would refund my money but refuses to this point.

I can provide documents of confirmation of payment and emails trying to resolve the issue
