American Tires review: Poor customer service

Alex called and said that on my driver's side passenger tire had been seazed and they would have to break the lug off, and he then told me he would refer me to a brake shop on waterloo rd. I told him to wait until I get back over to America tires when I got back Alex again tried telling me that the person that changed my breaks caused this. I called the brake exspert he explained to Alex that what they did while trying to remove the lug they placed a sleeve on it and stripped it. Alex then said that he would be back he walked out to the garage walked back in with another customer saying nothing to me so I walked outside to the garage and the tire mechanic Saul was putting the bolt back on and I sayed to him hey that tire on the driver passenger side is not new to Saul he then said that Alex told him to put the tire back on I cannot believe that Alex did not inform me of this and said that he told me he would be right back totally unprofessional and lack of customer service. I feel as if I was just totally disrespected and disregarded being a paying customer. I feel that I should be compensated due to American tires striped my lug and then broke the stem and told me that I would have to have it repaired.
