I ordered and paid $479 for 20 coins on April 21st. I was told the order will ship by mid-May . May came and went, and in subsequent contacts, I was told they have delays and moved the delivery back.
Today, June XX XXXX, I have still not received anything. If I do not receive my order or a full refund, I will file a lawsuit against the company.
This company is a fraud. Avoid.

Do not buy from this company. I ordered and bought 5 Silver coins. It was never shipped and I sent 2 emails and no reply. Now I need to dispute the item. update: 5 minutes within leaving a negative review I got a refund AND an answer to my email stating that they will not send my Item (Thank Gd) because of my negative review. On top of their poor service their representative THREATENED me a guy name Vince G. to give my name to other site to not serve me if I dont delete my negetive review of their business. Which I'm waiting to see so I can file a law suit against them and escalate this to the next level in anyway I can. HORRIBLE BUSINESS AND CUSTOMER SERVICE F-

I ordered and paid $479 for 20 coins on April 21st. I was told the order will ship by mid-May . May came and went, and in subsequent contacts, I was told they have delays and moved the delivery back.
Today, June XX XXXX, I have still not received anything. If I do not receive my order or a full refund, I will file a lawsuit against the company.
This company is a fraud. Avoid.

Company lies to customers constantly This company is a complete joke. I made a purchase in mid May for 20 silver eagles. Called multiple times to check on the order and constantly received the response that they're on backorder even though I bought them from 'Reputable' bullion sellers around the same time. Do yourself a favor and avoid this business like the plague. I did not receive my product by September 8th of 2020, so I called to cancel my order and requested a refund. As of today, 9/25, I still have not received a refund. I called this company again, and was told 'the refund was processed and we no longer have the funds. It must be an issue with your bank'. I have NEVER had an issue with my bank USAA with anything like this. They are lying and hoping people forget about their purchases so they can pocket the money. I will be contacting every numismatic organization I can find as well as filing complaints with attorney generals about this business. This is one, if not, THE worst business I've ever conducted business with. I had placed another purchase in June for 3 proof-like Morgan silver dollars. I actually did receive this product, but one coin wasn't even semi prooflike and the other two were cleaned and polished. I spent several weeks trying to get a refund for that purchase as well. BUYER BEWARE - YOU WILL BE SCAMMED

On [protected] I ordered 4 Silver Eagle coins from this company. Order email says it takes 1 to 2 days to verify payment and my order will be sent to warehouse for shipment. After about 4 weeks I called them to see when order would arrive, I was told it would be another 2 to 4 weeks. So every few weeks I would call again and I would be told same thing , shipping delays and so on. Finally in December I was told I could expect shipment by April . I chose to cancel order because these coins were to be Xmas gifts , that was on [protected]. I recieved an email that day saying my order was cancelled and my refund would be credited, it could take 1 to 2 billing cycles. Two months passed no refund so I put a dispute in to my Credit card..Credit card says with no exact date of delivery and since American Heritage Bullion delayed delivery so long with no exact dates there is nothing I can do to get my refund . C card company said that companys do this because they no this will happen.

I wanted an investment to protect my capital. I selected silver bullion in my own possession. After looking at websites I chose American Heritage Metals and Bullion to purchase 1 Troy ounce pure silver bullion coins. I ordered 60 one ounce coins on March 4 billed as ***, $*** charged to my Mastercard ending in ***. I paid the Mastercard charge promptly. On April 1 I followed up with AHM about having not gotten my shipment. Thet were still waiting for US Mint to ship. I ordered an additional 40 Silver Bullion coins to make my total shipment 100 ounces to be delivered together. 60 ounce *** $*** m/c ending in ***. 40 ounces AHM *** $ 995.56 same card charged and paid. Total 100 oz = $***. AHM has "delayed" shipping repeatedly for more than one year! I want American Heritage Bullion to ship me the 100 ounces of bullion that I purchased. Bullion is an investment traded on a commodity market with varying prices on market spot prices

On July 24 I ordered from American Heritage Bullion 3 rolls of 2020 Silver Eagle. My order number is ***. I paid a total of $*** by check (price was $*** - $43.11 for check discount). I paid by check, #*** which posted as cashed on my bank account on July 31. I called and emailed several times over the intervening months asking where my 3 rolls of silver eagles were and was continually told they were waiting for delivery from the US Mint. Finally, on March 10 I was again able to get someone on the phone and canceled the order. I received a confirmation. As of June 18 I have not received a refund or a silver Eagles. I have called repeatedly and have been told the money will be on it's way. It shouldn't take 3 months or more for a refund.

American Heritage Mint and Bullion American Heritage cancelled my order but never refunded me the $*** I paid them

American Heritage cancelled my order but never refunded me the $*** I paid them. On July 24 I ordered $250 face value 90% Silver Coins from American Heritage Bullion. I paid them $*** by Zelle through Wells Fargo. Zelle would not allow more than $500/day, so I contacted the merchant to discuss options. In speaking with their sales rep, Sarah on July 28th, she determined they no longer had the item I purchased available to fulfill my order. So we mutually agreed cancellation of the order and a refund were the best choice. After the conversation, I followed up via email to remind them of my refund via email (see attached).. On July 30 American Heritage Bullion sent me an email confirming the cancelled order and stated that my payments would be refunded (see attached). Over a week passed, and I still had not received a refund, so I sent another email on August 9th (see attached)... Finally *** from American Heritage emailed me back and stated I should have Zelle refunded or a paper check that same week. I allowed another 8 days to pass, but still no refund, so I sent another email inquiring on August 17th (see attached), and received no response. I wrote another email August 18th (see attached) and no response. As of today, At this point, I believe American Heritage may be running a scam of some kind, and may have no intention of giving me back my $***. I would like them to be notified of my complaint, and hope they do the right thing.

I sent them payment then a day later told me the product was not available. (From the other reviews it sounds like this is how their scam works). They then said it could take a few days to issue a refund check and they would do it right away. We will see if they actually send it. This order was for $*** so really hope ALL the other reviews here are wrong and this is not just a fake company but I'm not holding out hope.

On September 10 I bought a gold coin for $*** - 2020 Australia 1 oz Gold $100 Lunar Year of the Rat Domed Proof. The seller was Heritage Product Group, Coin Collectibles LLC; DBA American Heritage Bullion, *** , Phone *** Order # ***. I paid with Chase check *** on 09/16.Paid to the order of Coin Collectibles. The check was cashed out on 09/16. The coin was never sent. I had multiple phone conversations with *** and *** .On November 03 *** stated , that they did not have the coin. The order was cancelled on the same day 11.03.2020 and the status changed to Payment status: Voided. After November 13 again I had multiple phone conversations and sent e-mails without result . Demand is made upon Heritage Product Group, Coin Collectibles LLC; DBA American Heritage Bullion for full payment of the following amount: Principal Balance $*** , Total *** .

Looking for refund of cancelled order. On July 24 I placed an order (***) for silver coins in the amount if $309.09. I have called the company many times only to be told they are still waiting for a shipment. On March 3, I Called and cancelled my order, and received conformation on the cancelled order, but do far my American Express card has not been credited. I have contacted their support but still no answer or refund.

I purchased a Platinum Eagle Coin using cryptocurrency from the business. I have all the confirmations that the order was processed successfully. The delivery date on the site keeps changing further and further out and i cannot reach anyone by phone, or by email. I have left messages 3 times over the last 6 weeks and emailed them twice with no response. There are a huge number of complaints describing this exact behavior and i feel like i will not be made whole. I would just like a refund as this item is widely available and their should be no delay procuring and delivering.

Ordered a coin on 7/18, it was to ship on 7/20. I received confirmation and order # and never received the coin. Company is hard to contact Do not order from this company. It is a scam. I placed an order on 7/18 & item showed in stock. I received confirmation of the order 2 days later and the order#. It should have shipped in 3 to 5 business days. When it was not received I live messaged and sent emails. No response. Then I called and the wait time was 29 minutes. I emailed again a few days later and also live messaged. No response. Finally I did receive a call but it did not ring through and Sarah left a message and an email after about a week. I called back and again long wait time. Now on 8/26 when i still do not have the coin I called back, the call went right through and was told the order did not go through however I disputed that since I have an order# and you only get that when the order goes though. Then she stated they tried to call & text me a couple days after the order was placed to tell me it did not go through, They did not do this and I let her know. I told her I wanted my coin and she said that I would need to provide her my banking information or a check. I said no way you already have my credit card. She said they are no longer accepting credit cards. What a bunch of lies. I will never shop here again. Really not a good company. Actually fraudulent what they are doing. They have the coin in stock & it is now almost double the price I paid.

On 4/9 I placed an order for 20 Siler Eagle coins. I paid $478.99 and have never received the coins. I have called, sent many e-mails, and used the chats numerous times to no avail. At this point I just want my money back. I really wanted those coins and, of course, now they are worth more. This company is a scam. I wish they would just do the right thing and at least refund my money. My transaction number is ***. Feel free to check it out for yourself.

In June I ordered (10) Silver Eagles from American heritage Mint and Bullion. Sometime in July I called and asked where my coins are and they told me they are running behind because of COVID. I called several more times during August and was told that the 3rd week of September is when they will ship. Conveniently for them that is when the credit card company ends their complaint time frame so my credit card company was of no help. Since then I have been calling, emailing and trying to have a chat on their website but never receive any kind of response. But they do show "unfilled" on my order page. So they acknowledge my order they just won't give me the product.

Fraudulent company! Ordered 929$ worth of silver in may , was never shipped and they said they issued refund over 2 months ago that never came. I was scammed by a fraudulent precious metals company that goes by 'American Heritage Bullion'. In May I was looking on Google search to compare prices on some 1 oz American silver eagle coins. American Heritage Bullion was one of the first results on my search, and actually showing 4 separate results on the same page. And the thousands of reviews they showed on their website was nothing but happy costumers. 9.8/10 stars in fact. Verified reviews by Net reviews, is where all of these "reviews" are fabricated. I only realized that recently unfortunately. Anyways, May 18th I placed an order for 2x 20oz tubes of silver eagles. There website said they were on preorder and might not ship until late June...because of the pandemic. But,"could ship sooner!" Well June went by so a couple weeks into July I called the number on their website and was told that,"No they're not actually going to ship until end of August. I was Frustrated, but I let it go, thinking "oh well, as long as they're still coming. Not a big deal I guess." August came and went. Called them again, same story. "our wear house isn't shipping because of quarantine. Might not be until October. Okay,That sounds pretty legitimate considering the circumstances I thought. But of course October came and went and they weren't shipped. November,December, January go by. At this point most companies are mostly open for business to some degree. I Started to get a little concerned and began doing a little research into this company. And I wasn't happy with what I found. Story after story of people that had been ripped off by American Heritage Bullion. "They just keep pushing out your shipping day month after month and if you request a refund. They immediately cancel your order. I received an email and a text message confirming the cancellation. Also this was the only form of communication I have received from the via email or txt from them since they cashed my check. So now that I know I was scammed, I called and canceled on 2/8 just hoping maybe I'll get lucky and get my money back... didn't happen. When I called and asked where my refund was a month later I was told costumer service doesn't handle refunds, I would have to IM support on their website. Which is only there to assist them in confirming your order. They are robbing people for tons of money and still show up on Google shopping when you search for precious metals. I want to see this scam shut down!

Place an order for silver shot and silver quarters for $***. Called and asked 20-30 times where the order is and same thing each time. It is that they have to contact the warehouse and will call me back. It never happens. Not even sure if this company exists. The price for what I paid has about doubled and now I'm out of half of what I should have had. Isn't this mail fraud and grand theft? I definitely know that it's a massive scam.

American Heritage Mint and Bullion I made a purchase in late spring of 2020

I made a purchase in late spring of 2020. The product was preordered and expected to ship in the July timeframe. The product was never received. I submitted a purchase request for silver bullion coins in May. The website had an expected ship date of July . I began emailing the company once the expected shipment date had past. They stayed due to COVID, they were having supply issues and offered to refund me. I declined the refund as the issue seemed reasonable and I wanted the ptoduct. I periodically checked the company's website for updates to shipping expectations. Once the product was available through other suppliers, I called them in December 9th of 2020 and asked for the reason why the pre-order wasn't available. The rude agent couldn't provide me a reasonable answer and then decided on her own (without my consent) to cancel the order. I stated numerous times that I wanted to speak to someone else and the order to remain. She said that she was cancelling it and hung up the phone. I received an email stating the order had been cancelled shortly thereafter. I immediately emailed the company with my information and asked to be contacted. I received no response or refund. I called today and spoke with someone claiming to be a sales manager and she said My order was refunded to call my bank. I called the bank and they have no refund to credit the account. I will now have to file a dispute for the item. This is an outrageous way of conducting business. It is honestly a joke that they are allowed to STEAL money. What occurred is literally theft.

I ordered and paid for a product on 5/30 and have not received it. AHB has not refunded the money or sent my product, despite repeated requests. I placed an order for silver coins on 5/30 with American Heritage Bullion - order number ***. I sent payment in the form of a check and was advised the product would be shipped in July. I contacted them in July and they said it was delayed until August. Contacted them in August (***. - 8/18) and was advised that they did not have my payment. I submitted a copy of the cancelled check and they confirmed receipt on 8/24. I called a couple of more times each time it was delayed for another month... In December I called again and spoke with Annie and requested a refund of my money. Requested the refund again sometime in Jan/Feb 2021. The last email communication I had with them was on March 2. I received an email stating the order had been cancelled and a refund was issues. To date I have not received a refund.

Purchased qty 20 (2020 silver eagles) for $479.00 on 06/13. Items never arrived and no communication. I've called and emailed and no responses. Placed order they their website for the items above. Received confirmation email and a link to tracking. When tracked, it says order has not shipped but I will he updated when it does. I waited patiently and called about 3 weeks later. I was told at the time, this item was back ordered and they were waiting for stock. Once received they would ship. I waited patiently another 2 months. I called and was told the same thing. Waited patiently, and then 2 months called and no one answers. Email and no one responds. Continued this for several months. No one answers and more response to emails. I even used the messaging app on their website. It asked "How can we help you?" I stated "Missing Item and provided my order number". Then received a "sorry for keeping you waiting. We will get back to you as soon as possible" message and then nothing. I've run out of options so am filing this complaint.

Later, I saw bad reviews on the ComplaintsBoard.com about American Heritage Bullion shorting other customers on non-delivery of the products. In Oct sent email and in Nov, I sent a letter requesting to cancel and the below emails. I have not heard back from AHB. My two checks were cashed in *** but since I did not get any delivery of the products. I want a full refund. American Heritage Mint and Bullion Order was placed, product was not received for 4 months

Order was placed, product was not received for 4 months. Initiated a refund, but have not received the check after 1 month of waiting/contacting them. My aunt *** placed an order on June 17 for silver coins with order number *** XXXXXXXXX. She ordered the following: 2020 1 oz Silver American Eagles (Roll of 20) × 4 for *** and 2020 1 oz Silver American Eagle BU × 2 for *** She received a discount of *** for paying via check. The total amount of *** and with California state tax of *** the total amount she paid via check was *** Her order was delayed for nearly four months and we contacted customer service repeatedly asking for a status update, to which they suggested we just cancel the order and receive a refund. (English is not her first language, so I have been helping her deal with the situation with customer service). On Oct 2, she cancelled her order and awaited the refund guaranteed to her between 5-10 business days. We called on Oct 19 and spoke with customer service representative *** who reported that she sent in a refund request to the accounting department. We called again on Oct 21 and spoke with the same representative *** who reported that there is no way to check whether the refund is being processed and no way to call the accounting department. She provided an email address of ***@*** to which we sent an email on Oct 21 with no response. We called again on Nov 9, spoke with the same representative again who reported the same thing she told us on the 21st. There is no status update. No check has been sent. No confirmation of the refund being requested. And no way to tell whether there will ever be a resolve.

I ordered a product from them, never received it, so I was forced to cancel the order & request a refund. I never received the refund. On April 16 I completed an order for 20 1 oz Silver American Eagles and paid $474.21 on a Visa card. On April 20th I received a confirmation email of the order confirmed with an order number of ***. On June 24th at 3:16 PM I used the chat feature on their website requesting an update on my order as I had not received it. I was told that their New York location had issues because of COVID-19 and my order would ship at the beginning of July. On July 13th at 1:00 PM I sent them an email asking for an update or tracking number. On July 15th at 12:22 PM I emailed them again asking for an update on my order. On July 17th at 1:11 PM I emailed them again asking for an update on my order. I received a phone call on our around the July 17th time frame from American Heritage Bullion stating there were delays and my order was scheduled to ship the first week in August. On August 6th at 1:42 PM I emailed support asking where my order was as I hadn't received it. I went to their website and used the chat feature to chat with ***. She offered to cancel my order and refund me the money. I requested the cancellation and refund. Several days later, on August 12th at 12:57 AM I received a cancellation email from American Heritage Bullion stating the order was cancelled and a refund issued to my Visa Card for $474.21. It is September 9th and I have yet to receive my money back. In fact that Visa card's information was compromised soon after my cancellation with AMB and close to $*** in charges in Pakistan were fraudulent made. I do not use this card very often so it is very likely that AMB's database was compromised and my identity stolen.

Ordered 1 oz Gold Bar NOV 2019, as of NOV 2020 no delivery! They will hold your order until it is most advantageous for them. I wire transferred money to the company on November 15 for an order of a 1 oz Gold Bar - PAMP Suisse Love Always bar (never received) and a Silver Coin (eventually delivered) as I was told this would speed up the delivery, and it was for a Christmas present. I paid this company almost $*** ($*** for the gold + $66.45 for the silver & received a discount of -$83.27, because I used wire transfer instead of a credit card). I received a confirmation for my order on NOVEMEBER 15, 2019. As I write this it is NOVEMBER 13! It seems to me that the company holds onto customer orders until they can procure the product at cheaper cost, so they have higher margins; with the Pandemic that has been impossible. Therefore, they have successfully delayed my order for a year now! Every time I call customer service number *** (over 10 times at least) it has been the same women that answers and gives me some kind of excuse as to why they do not have my order in stock. However, you can still find the exact bar and its equivalents at *** The price today is $*** and I paid $*** a year ago (an increase of approximately $697 or 43.6%). They are essentially robbing their customers by holding unto orders! I finally lost it when I called today, and the same women told me the order was canceled. I indicated in numerous phone calls (all recorded), that I do not want to cancel my order and that I would take a similar item, which never materialized. Also, if the order was cancelled I should have received a refund, which I never did. I am continuing to fight this, unless they agree to give me a refund or original purchase plus the price of inflation as of today, but please take my advice and DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY, THEY HAVE VERY UNETHICAL BUSINESS PRACTICES!

False advertising about when you will recieve product. Customer service unable to help and not caring. A scam company with integrity. Do Not order . In March I ordered *** of the 2020 silver eagles. I paid in the different transactions with my credit card. I was told they would be delivered by April. I did not recieve them so I called and was told it would be the end of May. I called every month and was told each time by the next month. After 8 month I called to let them know I wanted my silver and had read that their company had bad practices and liked to practice kitting. I demanded my silver at this point or I would have to get a lawyer. I was told to go ahead get a lawyer. They said they would refund my money and even though I wanted my silver i was tired of trying to get my silver that was paid for 8 months earlier. I asked that all my money be returned. I was told it would go back on my card, should be there in 3 to 4 days but it could take 7-10 days. I called 8 days later when the money was not back in my card. I was told then that *** had only canceled one order and asked if I wanted to just have the other two orders off silver sent to me. I said if I would be guaranteed to receive the order of silver within a few weeks I would like the silver. *** said she could not guarantee when I would recieve it. I asked that both orders be canceled and that the money for all 3 orders be placed back on the card stat. I asked when I would receive all the money back on the card and was told she didn't know that accounting took care of that part. I asked to talk to someone in accounting and was told there is No Way to talk to anyone in that department. I would have to email them at customer support. I immediately emailed them Friday 10/2 that morning once I got off the phone. I still haven't received that money or a reply from them about when I will receive my money. This has been the worse experience I have ever had with a very dishonest company. They should not be able to treat people like this and should have to pay for there false advertising and practices. They owe their customers a great deal.

False advertising and business practices and likely scam of the selling to the American Eagle silver. I ordered on their website on July 13, a monster box *** oz.) of American Eagle silver *** pure coins. I sent them a check *** for it and during that time silver was starting to increase in value a great deal. They claim they never got it and canceled the order. However, they asked me to e-mail them the check which I did. Then on July 24th I ordered a second monster box, invoice *** order # AHMXXXXXXXXX and on July 27th I ordered a third monster box, invoice *** ordered # AHMXXXXXXXXX. Each time their web page stated "this item is being pre-sold and has a delayed ship date of approximately four weeks however may ship sooner". Both of these times I sent them a check to their email as they requested. Its been 16 weeks and I have not received any of my orders. I have called and talked to *** several times and complained to her and mentioned that their website is still providing the same message of shipping within 4 weeks. I believe that this is a scam. If the price of silver goes down, then they ship it but since the price of silver had been rising, they don't. The price of the monster box today at this company is *** and will ship within 4 weeks. But I have waited for 16 weeks and they haven't sent it to me. I do NOT want my money back! I want the silver that I purchased on July 24th and July 27th. I am even willing to let go of the purchase on July 13th although I believe they did receive the check. I believe they are not following proper business procedures and actually is using a scam where they may be shipping the monster boxes of American eagles silver to customers that recently bought the product at a much higher price. And they are hoping customers like me who got a good deal will just ask for their money back. I DO NOT want my money back! I want the silver that I paid for which was advertised that I would receive within 4 weeks or sooner. It has been 16 weeks and several phone calls to them! They have some items that state that they are sold out, but not this item which is the monster box of *** 1 ounce, pure *** silver American eagles.

Fraudulent company! Ordered 929$ worth of silver in may , was never shipped and they said they issued refund over 2 months ago that never came. I was scammed by a fraudulent precious metals company that goes by 'American Heritage Bullion'. In May I was looking on Google search to compare prices on some 1 oz American silver eagle coins. American Heritage Bullion was one of the first results on my search, and actually showing 4 separate results on the same page. And the thousands of reviews they showed on their website was nothing but happy costumers. 9.8/10 stars in fact. Verified reviews by Net reviews, is where all of these "reviews" are fabricated. I only realized that recently unfortunately. Anyways, May 18th I placed an order for 2x 20oz tubes of silver eagles. There website said they were on preorder and might not ship until late June...because of the pandemic. But,"could ship sooner!" Well June went by so a couple weeks into July I called the number on their website and was told that,"No they're not actually going to ship until end of August. I was Frustrated, but I let it go, thinking "oh well, as long as they're still coming. Not a big deal I guess." August came and went. Called them again, same story. "our wear house isn't shipping because of quarantine. Might not be until October. Okay,That sounds pretty legitimate considering the circumstances I thought. But of course October came and went and they weren't shipped. November,December, January go by. At this point most companies are mostly open for business to some degree. I Started to get a little concerned and began doing a little research into this company. And I wasn't happy with what I found. Story after story of people that had been ripped off by American Heritage Bullion. "They just keep pushing out your shipping day month after month and if you request a refund. They immediately cancel your order. I received an email and a text message confirming the cancellation. Also this was the only form of communication I have received from the via email or txt from them since they cashed my check. So now that I know I was scammed, I called and canceled on 2/8 just hoping maybe I'll get lucky and get my money back... didn't happen. When I called and asked where my refund was a month later I was told costumer service doesn't handle refunds, I would have to IM support on their website. Which is only there to assist them in confirming your order. They are robbing people for tons of money and still show up on Google shopping when you search for precious metals. I want to see this scam shut down!

I called Wednesday 9/16 because I still had not received an email about the cancellation. The rep got pretty snappy with me when I mentioned that if I have to, I'd fly out to their location to talk to someone about my *** She scoffed and said "You'd really fly out for just *** I exclaimed that yes I would, and to prove the point that y'all's customer service isn't appropriate and remarks like that in regards to refunds and service recovery show this."

I placed an order with American Heritage Bullion on April 6, for 10 1 oz silver coins of the 2020 America Eagles. At that time they said I would receive my coins around the end of April. My credit card was charged on April 7 for a total of *** When I did not receive my coins, I went on line and they had moved the delivery to the end of May. They kept moving back the date for the delivery and I contacted them and they blamed it on the Covid virus, and said I should get it by the end of June. Then they pushed it back to the end of July. I talked on the chat thing in August and they replied to me that they showed that I would get my coins the end of September. I typed back to her and said "Can I really trust you that I will get my coins shipped then?" And she said that is what she showed now, but that was a lie as well. The majority of these coins were for Christmas presents in 2020, so I gave them the benefit of the doubt for August, September, and now they have posted that it will be the end of October. I can't wait anymore! I thought they would do the right thing, but now I cannot get anyone to call me! I leave messages; I send emails, and I go on their chat thing, and they say thank you for your patience, and we will get back to you! But they don't come back on the chat. They say they will call back, but they don't! Now those same coins that I bought for *** a coin are now on their site with a presale price of *** a coin! Their company is a scam! Of course, they don't want to send me my coins, because they would have a big loss from what I paid for them. With Covid going on, I trusted them to do what was right, and if it was not for the virus, I would have never let this go on this long. I told them I want a full refund of my money charged back on my credit card. They stole my money! When their automated telephone message comes on it says something like, "Welcome to your #1 Source in buying Bullion..." What a joke! I went on the ComplaintsBoard.com site and saw there are many, many people that they have ripped off! MY ORDER NUMBER IS AHMXXXXXXXXX Ordered on April 6 Charged to my credit card on April 7 As of today, October 1, I have not received any coins or received any response except from the chat thing which was a lie I left a message and email, and chat today that said I want a refund of all my money, and if no one calls me back today I am filing a complaint with ComplaintsBoard.com! American Heritage Mint and Bullion American Heritage Bullion failed to deliver a total of 80 American Silver Eagles despite receiving payment in full in late May

American Heritage Bullion failed to deliver a total of 80 American Silver Eagles despite receiving payment in full in late May. Still NO REFUND OF $$ I purchased on 4 separate orders 20 American Silver Eagle coins on May 20th (Order #***), May 22nd (Order #***), May 29th (Order# ***) and again on June 1st (Order# ***). Each order was priced at $22.56 per coin or $437.67 per order for a total sum of $***. All four of my checks cleared my bank account within 7 days of these purchases. I followed up continuously via emails and phone calls after my purchases and I was told that my orders were delayed due to Covid. A bunch of mistruths regarding the Mint being closed was stated as to why the continued delays. Finally, on July 6th, I spoke to their representative and was offered to cancel my orders for a full refund- I accepted this offer to refund all my money. This despite the fact that Silver prices had risen and the company was still delivering these coins to other customers at the current higher prices than my purchases. I spoke with a *** who identifies herself as the manager on numerous occassions. I followed up with her on a July 17th as to why I still had not received my refund and she said her records only showed that I only paid for the first two orders and she needed proof of payment for the last two orders. I immediately emailed to her given email address front and back copies of my last two checks as evidence that American Heritage did indeed cash my checks. Since July 17th, I still have not received any of my money back despite multiple emails and phone calls speaking to *** at their customer service telephone as well as leaving messages for their manager - ***. I have left several messages for the manager *** to call me back which she still has not done so. I sent a final demand email on August 3rd giving them 10 days to provide me with a full refund of my $*** or to deliver, iin good order a total of 80- 2019 American Eagle Silver Coins BU currently priced at $*** on their website. I called again on 8/10 and spoke with ***- she did not understand why I still had not gotten my refund. She said that her manager *** would contact Accounting and call me back. Still no call back and as of today's mail; I still have not received my refund check or these purchased coins. I Want My Money back IMMEDIATELY. As of this moment, American Heritage Bullion has committed deceptive sales practices, theft of customers funds and fraud. They have also violated interstate commerce regulations which has involved the US Postal Service. Please send my request for an immediate and full refund before further legal action on my part is required. To all other potential customers- BUYER BEWARE !

I ordered coins and paid in full 02. Never received even after 10+ phone calls. Cancelled 09 and I am still waiting for the refund Statement of all calls trying to get my coins: On February 20, I sent my check for payment in full for a roll of 2020 Silver Eagle coins order number ***. According to my bank records AHM received my funds on February 28. I called AHM the middle of March to see when the coins would be shipped. I was told they were not shipping because of the "corona virus". At that point I requested a change of address as I was leaving Florida by the end of March. The gal I spoke to got the address change in and said they should be sending coins by the first week of May. I called the last week of April to make sure I was in que for shipping. I was told they didn't have a confirmation yet but that coins should start in May. I called May 5th but was told coins would start in June. I called again the end of May and again with a follow up call the first week of June - only to hear exactly what I heard in April/May but that now the coins were going to ship the first week of July. I called again June 29th only to hear from a different gal this time - that they are shipping my coins from the New York City office which has been closed since the corona virus in mid March. What bothers me greatly is that AHM has not stopped advertising for these same coins on the internet. I looked on June 29th and I see coins purchased that day had a delivery date of July 2-14. When I opened the site it said they have delayed shipping so the coins may be delayed up to the 27th of July but may even ship sooner! I'd have been happy with July 27th! I'm pretty sure that AHM is using my money to 'rob *** to pay ***' I continued to call two to three times a month in July and August only to hear the same lame excuses On September 2nd I called to cancel my order and request a refund. I checked back on the 11th to make sure it was processed only to find out it was not. The gal I spoke to processed it and sent me an email and a text message stating the $416.99 would be refunded in 10-14 days As of 10/14 there are still plenty of apologies but no money I've enclosed the email I sent to their accounting requesting my refund This is my email to AHM customer service on 10/11 - [protected]@ahmemail.com Hello I have been patiently waiting for the return of my money in the amount of $416.99 from my cancelled order on September 11 It is now one month since I cancelled. You've had my money since February and NEVER sent me the coins I ordered so I am DEMANDING my money be returned IMMEDIATELY American Heritage Mint and Bullion is absolutely the worst I have ever dealt with. One crappy excuse after another. I'm surprised the staff stays on and doesn't find a job where they can actually make happy customers I had repeatedly called every month looking for my coins and finally after 7 months I cancelled my order I have now called 7 times since 9/02 (when I initially cancelled - but that gal dropped the ball) to get my money returned IF your excuse before was you couldn't get the coins so you couldn't send them - then what is your excuse for not returning my money that you most definitely have? I will be opening a claim with the ComplaintsBoard.com who I see you are not a member of and have a poor rating in requesting their help in securing my refund I will be forwarding this request to the ComplaintsBoard.com as well as all my documented calls since March when I first called to have the coins sent to a different address, as you hadn't fulfilled my order as your online order estimated you would You have my information here as well with my order - or lack of - as the gals I speak to always know who I am I will reiterate I need my refund of the $416.99 immediately - no more trying to be tactful I expect an immediate reply with an immediate date of when my money will be sent
