American Furniture Galleries Rocklin, CA review: Loveseat

5-12-22 I purchased a loveseat with a console in the middle.. I noticed within 2 months that the back cushions were being pulled out of shape. At this time I got ahold of AFG Customer Service Manager Tom. After several calls to get an inspection set up this inspection finally happened on 8-31-22. The inspector didn’t see any problem with the loveseat. I also pointed out that where the arms are on the frame you can press the material all around and you can hear the blow up plastic popping. There are a few more structural issues addressed but the inspector reported back that there are no problems. I got ahold of the Customer Service Manager voicing my concern. He asked me to send him videos of the issues which I did. His response was it’s just the way it’s made. DUHHH. AFG has no customer appreciation to make things right. Saying you have 3 days to return the item. Well that in itself means you can’t do anything about the piece of crap you just spent a lot of money on. Oh, as far as the cushions slanting it’s because of the console not giving a good support to the cushions. I pointed out that when I purchased this loveseat the display in the store did not have the cushioned squished nor was I told the cushions would loose shape because of the console, clearly I would not have spent $1000. For this loveseat. Yes, I’ve been taken for a fool by AFG con artists sales team. Very disappointed.
