I called and spoke to both a rep and a supervisor. I wanted information of my bill. I wanted to know how to get the best pricing as apparently you no longer offer the budget plan.
They kept telling me to go online to a specific site. I
A. Don't have time
And
B. If this were my Dad, who is 84 years old, he would not be able to do this.
All reps were extremely rude to me. I have worked in customer service before so I know what good service is. This was abysmal service.
