American Automobile Association [AAA] - Repair to my 2015 buick encore - repair order #4597796- 1/10/2022- 2:31pm

Took my buick 2015 encore to the aaa car care, based on having a check engine light, requested a diagnostic to be done to determine issue and any other unforeseen problem. I was shown the issue by a technician on paper that there were 3 urgent items that needed immediate attention, I gave the consent to have those repaired. The cost was $861.39, for diagnostic service/platinum fuel service/engine cooling system service. Later on that same night (1/10/22) around 7:10pm, I received a call from my son that the car was overheating and he was stuck on the side of the road, trying to let the car cool down to make it home. He (my son) did make it home, I had to have the vehicle towed the next morning (1/11/22) and taken to aaa sapp road, greensboro, nc where I received the service. I received a call that they found and fixed issue, the car is ready, I can pick it up anytime. Friday night (1/14/22) my son was driving and got stuck on the
The side of the road again, same thing - car overheating, leaking. Had to wait again til the next day sat., 1/15 to get vehicle towed, called the facility
And told them the same thing about overheating, they called me back to tell me it was the water pump, which no one mentioned water pump the first 2x when I had to keep going back.
Spoke on the phone with a technician or representative, sat. Morning, he's trying to tell me that the car had been leaking all along - lie! I take care of my vehicles, next question - if it was leaking all along, why did aaa not mention it the first time? The car was not leaking when we brought it to aaa, I would have noticed and questioned my son! Another lie! If you don't know how to fix vehicles properly and try to "talk down" customers when they question an issue, find another job! If I was told of the water pump from the beginning, I would have accepted and paid no questions asked!
The technician said the water pump and labor is around $700- again-why did this location not tell me this on the front end? It took my son being broke down on the side of the road 2 nights in a row for your technicians to find this out, then act cocky on the phone because i'm upset! This unacceptable, this is my money, my time, I did not ask for this!
I will seek legal advice on this if I have to, but i'm not going to be insulted by a place that screwed up my vehicle after putting it on a diagnostic and it still was not fixed! Really?
1- what about my son's lost time and wages?
2-what about the $700 additional cost?
3- after this repair - number 3- will I receive another call that my son is stuck on the side of the road?
4-your motto - one time/on time, courteous honest repairs - do you need a different slogan?
I want this resolve immediately so I will never have to deal with you again, only the towing service acted professional.

The name is doug davis

Desired outcome: Compensation- lost time and money for my son
