America Swiss Bronkhorstspryit review: To get my ring back

Good day.
I am phoning the branch in Bronkhorstspruit but I can't get hold of them. I have a ring which was fixed by American Swiss but it was before lockdown. However, I moved and when I ask them to send it to another branch which is closer to me they said I must first pay for it. My problem is I first want to fit it to see before I pay. My husband bought that ring in Italy and no one has a ring like that. Pls help.
