Amba Laminates Pvt. Ltd review: Ductable ac of blue star

Last eight months ago we purchase ductable ac of blue star.
After the installation we are facing lots of problem in that ac, because of this our company has facing a loss of 2 lakh rupees per day.
We are sending e-mails daily to blue star but there is no solution in our problem towards blue star.
Please short out my problem as soon as possible.
