Alpine Eye Care review: charging for the pupil distance number on eye prescription

The optometrist, Brian Wade at Alpine Eye Care, on 11/01/2022, charged my 90 year old mother, as well as all the clients, a $30.00 fee if they want the (pd) pupil distance number written on the prescription as punishment for not buying glasses from them.

Two years ago when I paid for my mothers glasses, because of the cost, the office gave her the wrong glasses!
