Alorica is the worst job ever at the federal drive location. I work for verizon please dont work for this company too much headache the staff treat you like a child they throw you on the floor and expect you to do a great job you try your best to satisfy your customer and still you worth crap... Customer complaint about the company and when you get a drop servey it's your fault no they complain about the service customer representative did their all... You run around with outdated systems trying to satisfy the customer still trying to help. It's not enough... This place is hell... Low pay with stupidity they need to get rid of the verizon aspect... Its death...

Me and a couple of other co workers haven't gotten paid and pay roll and HR are doing nothing to solve it. People have bills, mine are due today and they are not making it a priority that we get paid. This issue needs to be resolved today, Alorica should be making this a priority, and they aren't. People depend on paychecks and we aren't receiving them so we are basically working for free, if it's not resolved by 4:30pm today people who's bills are due are being put at risk for losing their homes and electricity being cut off.
