on November 7, I called Allyz Auto and ask were they Allstate Certified. which AL stated were. I had my car towed to their shop for an estimate and repairs. They stated it would take a week to get the estimate' and I was told I would get a call on November 14, 2022. I didn't hear from them. I called on November 15 and they stated they didn't hear from Allstate. Allstate didn't agree with their estimate of $21,000.00. Allstate's estimate was $6500.00. Allstate wanted explanation for the $14,000 difference which Allyz Auto didn't provide I couldn't get my car released until fees they charged were paid. Please see pictures attached for the before and after pictures. The car had a minor fender bender which was located on the front passenger side of the vehicle.

Desired outcome: My car was disassembled, and the parts was placed in my trunk. I was charged $5300.00 plus $200.00 processing fee for a car not repaired. A lien was placed on my car.
