Travel insurance
In July of 2020 I purchased travel insurance from Allianz for round trip airfare for myself and my husband through Priceline. We were flying into Miami to travel on a cruise. In February of 2021 the cruiseline cancelled my cruise due to COVID. I submitted a claim to Allianz and provided all necessary documentation. My request for reimbursement of air fare was denied since I should have known back in July that the pandemic would still be going on a year later. I paid for services that I never received so they basically robbed me of my money.
Desired outcome: Full reimbursement
