Alliance exteriors came out to my house and installed a new roof and set of gutters on my house and I'm definitely satisfied with the service I have received.

Alliance exterior installed gutters, new windows & took our house from falling apart to a gorgeous home with new siding! The crew was very friendly & we're so pleased with their work

They really worked with my wife and i. We got what we needed for a decent price. Only one thing i didnt like was... I got no heads up as to when installation was going to be they just popped up one morning 4 weeks later, and got it done that day.

We are very happy with our roof from Alliance Exteriors. They were professional and the quality was excellent. Braxton *** was especially helpful and knowledgeable. However, the gutter installers lacked communication, blocked driveway, and left debris/trash/screws all over our yard and driveway.

They did a great job with my new metal roof and it included gutters and downspouts. It looks great! I was very impressed when they sent someone out the day after my inspection to put a patch on a leak that would hold until they could get me into the schedule for a full roof. Great job, and it looks great. Great to work with. Very professional and helpful from start to finish.

I was very satified with the work done, they were quick, professional and the roof is amazing. I got the best roof on the street! Love the metal roof, the workmanship, the clean up, the people are so friendly. I went to work in the morning, and when I got home it was done! so beautiful, and every thing cleaned up like no-one had even been there. I recently chose Alliance Exteriors to replace my roof. The work crew started early in the morning, and by late afternoon the roof was done. They were very professional and answered all my questions. The new roof looks great. Given the reputation of the company and the quality of material used, this should be the last roof I'll need for a very long time. The only downside is that now I might have to have some housepainting and landscaping done so everything else looks as nice as the roof.

Overall, happy with the end product. House looks awesome with the new steel and the company was easy to work with. They even moved us up on the list for gutters when we had expected rain in the forecast, knowing weve had water in our basement before. We were happy about that. Two small issues though, the gutter people had to tap power from our electricity (youd think they would have there own generator) AND I picked up a dozen or so screws and nails from my yard after they had supposedly run the magnet around the property. But overall, I am happy with the end result and would recommend them to friends and family.

Alliance contacted us and we had them come to our home for an estimate. When I opened the door, their employee immediately insisted he'd rather wait to speak to my husband instead of me. Little did he know that I'd lived at our house for two decades at that point and my husband had been there for two months. We chose not to hire Alliance Exteriors at that point. Since then, during the summer season, we've been getting incessant cold calls from this business. We've repeatedly asked to be removed from their sales list. One time when they called, my husband asked that they not call us again. Two hours later, the exact same guy called us and then hung up on us. We got another call the following week. I don't know how to get them to stop calling us. At this point we will never hire them.

On June 1st I signed a contract with Alliance Exteriors, LLC to put a metal roof and siding on my home. Alliance Exteriors was given a check in the amount of $32,500 as a down payment to purchase materials as requested by them. Today is August 27th and still nothing has been done. I have tried calling them, no answer. I leave messages no return calls ever. There have been times that they do pick up and they inform me next week we will be there. Well as you can imagine that never happened. This is why I am writing this bad review, so you don't have to go through what I went though with this heartless company. They finally asked me for more money on August 27th because the lumber prices increased. I told them if they would had done the job 3 months ago like they were suppose to the prices would not had increased. Scott, the partial owner of the company had nothing to say except he was sorry. I asked him to return my check A.S.A.P, I am still waiting on it. I had big dreams on having are house done for my wife, we have been saving for this a long time, and this happens! We waited all summer, no one should have to experience this, it takes the joy out of a new remodel project. P.S. The mail came today and the check was there, they kept $2500 of are money for no reason. We will be filing a complaint!

Got a new metal roof & skylight from Alliance Exteriors in 2018. No issues until last Tuesday (9/27/2022), when we noticed the skylight was leaking. Been trying to contact them at *** and *** since then, but no response. My hubby's 78 and ain't getting up on the roof. Good thing we have a lifetime warranty; hope it's an easy fix.

Bought 4 windows from Alliance Exteriors on 5/8 for $5500. Gave $100 cash to Salesman ***, who was nice. Couldn't reach anyone in June, July, or August, but finally got a text from Salesman *** and a call from Production Manager ***. Told me the work would be done, but kept changing the date. I texted *** and *** to cancel and refund my $100, but no answer. Found out they moved and changed name 4 times in 3 years. Called Auburn Chamber of Commerce, but they aren't listed. Not cool.

I signed up for a brand spanking new roof and gutters from Alliance Exteriors on May 10th. They said it would take about 4-6 weeks to wrap up the installation, so I sat back and relaxed, waiting for the job to be done. Sadly, I didn't hear anything from them for a while, so I decided to hit them up on week 4 and ask about the installation timeline. They kept telling me it would be done "this week or next week." By July, I found water in my house after getting home from vacation. That was a huge no-no. I quickly called them up, and they promised to check out the issue the following week. I ended up calling them again, and it turned out that the roofer didn't even start putting the roof up. On July 15th, they finally put the roof on, but the job was shoddy, unprofessional, and plain old messy.

The roofer that came over even made a crude joke about my gender, and he acted aggressively when dealing with my neighbor. When he was done, it was obvious that he didn't care about quality at all. It was just terrible. I contacted the salesman right away and had a meeting with him on July 18th. He apologized and agreed that the work done wasn't up to their standards at all. We made a list of things that needed fixing and delivered it to the project manager. But when the project manager started sending the same sub over and over and never bothered to visit, I started feeling like I was going in circles.

On August 8th, the project manager finally swung by and told me that there were more problems than I'd even noticed. Instead of fixing all the issues, he decided the "ugly, but it will work" patchwork was good enough. Naturally, that didn't sit well with me, so we met again on August 11th and went over the list of outstanding problems. He blamed the sub and the salesman, but he finally agreed to take responsibility. He claimed that they would be back by Monday at the very latest to link the gutter guards and resolve all of the problems. I got a text the next day saying Wednesday. Then, on Thursday, it became clear that they had dropped by to install the gutter guards because I saw materials in my yard, and the gate was open.

I came back home on August 23rd, and they were still working on the project, but the issues remained unresolved. The project manager contacted me to talk about project completion, but it's been sixteen weeks since I signed the contract, and the project is still not complete.
