I bought some equipment from AllHDD and they promised me in writing that it would support the operating system I asked for. But guess what? It doesn't support it at all! And now, when I try to reach out to the company for help, they're completely ignoring me. It seems like they don't care about fixing this problem and they're just hoping I'll disappear.

Order #*** Total amount: $970.2 Products: ST16000NM002G Seagate 16TB 7.2K RPM SAS-12GBPS Enterprise Hard Disk Drive. New Sealed 5 Years Seagate Warranty.PART#: ST16000NM002G. My order has been processed at May-5-2021, 12:00PM(PST), after 5days , the order still not ship out. I open a support ticket to check when will ship out, after that they canceled my order. At the same time, the product is in stock and available for purchase at their website. I don't think they canceled my order because the item are out of stock. They still selling the items in higher price. This is unreasonable and unacceptable. I'm request they complete my order and sent it out.

Order #*** (01/25, 14:30) I bought 8 Hard Drives from AllHDD. They said the drives were in stock. Subtotal was $936.00. Shipping cost was $200.00. Order discount was $9.36. So, the total was $1,126.64. I bought the items on *** and they were in stock. On Febuary 5th, 2021, they charged my credit card for the full amount. Then, they sent an email asking if I received the items. I checked the order on the *** website. It said shipping was processed, but no tracking number was given. I sent multiple emails asking for a tracking number or if the items were sent, but I got no information from the seller. It has been 5 months now, and I still haven't received the shipment or any communication from the seller. I don't think the seller ever had the items in stock. I want a full refund.

My company ordered 30 switches from allhdd.com on 08/18/2022 order #***. First, they said the switches were new and "factory sealed". But when I got them, they weren't new. They were *** Excess and we got charged the full "new" price. Second, one of the switches didn't work when I plugged it in. I contacted allhdd.com to ask for a replacement switch, but they said the warranty is only 30 days, even though the website says 90 days. I emailed allhd.com and showed them a screenshot of the 90 day warranty. They gave me a return authorization on 10/19/2022. I sent the switch back to allhdd.com on 10/26/2022 and it was delivered on 10/28/2022. I've sent lots of emails to [protected]@allhdd.com; [protected]@allhdd.com; [protected]@allhdd.com; and [protected]@allhdd.com, but no one has replied.

I bought networking stuff from AllHDD, they said it was brand new from the factory. But when it arrived on 7/1/22, it wasn't new. The box seal was broken and the item had wear and fingerprints on the front. I told them about it on the same day (7/1), and they took until 7/5 to say I could return it. I sent it back with *** and they got it on 7/15. Since then, I've asked for a refund many times, but they haven't replied. I called them today and they said they're still checking. They haven't been responsive at all. I'm worried this company is a scam. I want them to refund my credit card. I have all the emails, support tickets, and *** tracking showing they got the item.
