AllHDD

I bought some equipment from AllHDD and they promised me in writing that it would support the operating system I asked for. But guess what? It doesn't support it at all! And now, when I try to reach out to the company for help, they're completely ignoring me. It seems like they don't care about fixing this problem and they're just hoping I'll disappear.

My order has been processed at May-5-2021, 12:00PM(PST), after 5days , the order still not ship out. I open a support ticket to check when will ship out, after that they canceled my order. At the same time, the product is in stock and available for purchase at their website. I don't think they canceled my order because the item are out of stock. They still selling the items in higher price. This is unreasonable and unacceptable. I'm request they complete my order and sent it out.

I placed an order on January 25, at 14:30 for 8 Hard Drives from AllHDD. They confirmed the items were available. The subtotal was $936.00, shipping $200.00, with a discount of $9.36, totaling $1,126.64. Payment was made in January, and on February 5th, my card was charged. They inquired if I received the items, but the order status showed 'shipping processed' without a tracking number. Despite my inquiries, I received no further details. After 5 months, there's been no delivery or update. I suspect the items were never in stock and I am seeking a full refund.

My company ordered 30 switches from allhdd.com on 08/18/2022. Initially, they claimed the switches were new and 'factory sealed'. However, upon arrival, the switches were surplus stock and we were billed as if they were new. Additionally, one switch was defective upon first use. Despite allhdd.com's advertised 90-day warranty, they insisted it was only 30 days. After presenting evidence of the 90-day warranty, they authorized a return on 10/19/2022. I returned the faulty switch on 10/26/2022, which was delivered by 10/28/2022. Despite numerous emails to various allhdd.com addresses, I've received no response.

I bought networking stuff from AllHDD, they said it was brand new from the factory. But when it arrived on 7/1/22, it wasn't new. The box seal was broken and the item had wear and fingerprints on the front. I told them about it on the same day (7/1), and they took until 7/5 to say I could return it. I sent it back with *** and they got it on 7/15. Since then, I've asked for a refund many times, but they haven't replied. I called them today and they said they're still checking. They haven't been responsive at all. I'm worried this company is a scam. I want them to refund my credit card. I have all the emails, support tickets, and *** tracking showing they got the item.
