I recently purchased a vehicle from All American Ford dealer. The vehicle was advertised as a All wheel drive UX200 Lexus 2019. I contacted the dealer to gather more information about the vehicle. I verified if the vehicle is all wheel drive, if it comes with an automatic starter and if the trims on the tires were n good condition. The sales rep confirmed the vehicle being AWD, the tires were in good condition and the vehicle does not come with an automatic starter.

After a month of owning the vehicle I had scheduled an appointment with a Lexus dealer to have check out a sensor light that All American Ford recommend I have check with a Lexus dealer. As I arrived to the service station I informed the sales rep the vehicle condition and the reason for the visit. The sales rep ran the VIN into the system an informed me the vehicle is a Front wheel drive vehicle. Also, the sensor light appearing on the dashboard was not an error code it was an indicator showing the Blind Spot Monitor (BPM) was activated. So, I requested a complete check on the vehicle before leaving the dealer. The dealer performed a multi-point inspection on the vehicle locating that the brake pads were very low (3 mm lining) compare to standards.

The next day I contacted the sales consultant at All American Ford an explained what I was informed. The sales consultant informed me they will not be able to honor my 60 day warranty due to the vehicle not being a Ford vehicle.

I am requesting your help with this matter. I purchased the vehicle in cash and I feel they have not honor the contract.

Desired outcome: In solution, I would like All American Ford to replace the brakes; provide snow tires or provide a full refund.
