Alight Solutions review: Worst customer experience ive ever encountered

There is absolutely NOTHING positive about this company. The company I work for uses these fools as a 3rd party vendor for health insurance. I have had to jump through an astounding amount of hoops in order to verify my wife as a dependent. Since we have been married more than a year my marriage license is not enough. They wanted a tax form also. I sent a tax form that stated she and I were "married/filing jointly" with our names, DOB, and SSN with this years tax date on it. STILL not enough. Now I have to send in a mortgage statement AND a bank statement with both our names on it. This is an egregious invasion of privacy and in the mean time they have denied multiple claims because my wife was recently in the ER and had multiple follow-ups. Any person considering working for this company needs to rethink that choice and any corporation that is looking to outsource their HR work should use a different company. Do not subject your employees to the incompetence and frustration that is Alight Solutions. I am currently looking into taking legal action on this matter because I would LOVE to see a judge's reaction to a company that doesnt accept marriage licenses and tax returns as proof of dependency and then deny claims for emergencies.
