So, I recently ordered a wig from Aliciawig and let me tell you, it was not what I was expecting at all. The wig I received was not the one I ordered and it looked like a tangled mess of hair that you would wear to a Halloween party. I tried to contact them multiple times to get a return address, but they refused to give me one. This company is definitely not honest and I feel like they deceived me. I even tried to report them to the BBB, but I'm not sure if anything will come of it. Ladies and gents, please don't waste your money on this website. It's just not worth it.

This product is no good, did not meet my expectations at all. I was expecting the hair to be human, but it's actually synthetic. There's no band to hold it in place either. It's just a complete waste of money and time. Not worth it - avoid at all costs!

I bought a wig from Aliciawig and I gotta say, it's not great. The quality is pretty low and I'm not happy about it. What's even worse is that they won't give me a refund! i cannot believe how overrated aliciawig was! i bought a brazilian hair from them and was totally deceived when i found out it was just synthetic. i mean, what a total waste of my time and hard-earned money! it took more than a month for the package to arrive and it was nothing but a fake imitation. i was so disappointed that the hair is obviously not even worth trying, i just had to toss it out to the bin eventually. do not make the same mistake i did and just buy synthetic hair from your local store. it's not worth the waiting time and effort that comes with dealing with aliciawig.

I cannot believe that this shop is still in business. I had high hopes for aliciawig.com, but boy was I wrong. The wigs are just plain awful. They have no lace at all, even though all the pictures on the website suggest that they do. The hair itself is such low quality that I can't even begin to describe it. It's thin, it's dry, and it looks like it came straight from a plastic factory.

I also noticed that a lot of the reviews on the site are fake. They all have similar tones and even use the same phrases. It's really clear that they're all written by the same person (or maybe a team of people working together). This makes me wonder if anyone has ever actually had a good experience with this shop.

To top it all off, the company makes it incredibly difficult to return the wigs. They want you to pay to return them (which is ridiculous), and they make you jump through all sorts of hoops. It's almost like they're trying to discourage you from returning anything at all.

All in all, I would never recommend this shop to anyone. It's a complete and utter scam, and you should stay far away from it if you value your money and your sanity. Save yourself the headache and buy your wigs from somewhere else.

The photos on their website look so good but what they sell you is pure rubbish. It is like you get a wig made of hair from a doll and it's shedding all over your floors like confetti. And if that isn't enough, as soon as you touch it, it tangles horribly. It is like they are trying to rip you off. I had to pay to send this item back to China and it wasn't cheap because they demanded I get the highest insurance available. The worst part is that I never even got the wig that I saw on the website. It is unacceptable.

So here's the deal: you gotta steer clear of those Chinese sites and stick with local shops or Amazon or companies that are based in America. Don't get lured in by the promise of a cheap price, because 99% of the time, you're gonna get ripped off. And believe me, I know what I'm talking about. I've been burned before, and it ain't a good feeling. So do yourself a favor and do your research before you spend your hard-earned money on some shady website that you found on the internet. And trust me, if it sounds too good to be true, it probably is.

I just up and bought 4 hair pieces from Aliciawig for my bestie, but boy was that a trip! I'm so glad I used PayPal for payment, otherwise this would have been a total disaster. When my friend received the package, it was nothing like what she ordered - they even sent a duplicate hair piece! I was like, "What's the deal here?"

So, I hit them up with an email to get to the bottom of this and they replied with a quick, "Show us photographic proof." But they wouldn't even give me their address so I could send the wrong items back. Like, seriously? All of their emails just seemed like they couldn't be bothered.

Anyway, I got fed up with the situation and decided to get PayPal involved through their resolution center. That's when the company finally offered me $40.00 back (the original order was $94.00). By this time, PayPal already had their address, but I had already sent their garbage back before the company even made that weak offer.

Thankfully, PayPal listened to my complaints and refunded the entire $94.00 back to me. It wasn't without cost though - postage ended up being ?26.00. That's a lot of money for something that should have been easy peasy!

If you're gonna deal with Aliciawig, make sure to use PayPal or you'll be pulling your hair out for sure. I don't recommend anyone to use this company - you could lose your money and your sanity.
