This company is a scam company who in all actuality scams customers into believing its a locksmith company, when they send unlicensed sub contractors (often criminals israelis, and people here on "tourist visas") In addition they advertise $15 lockout service and charge $400 or 500 to open your house or vehicle, often make copies of the keys being made, break your locks to up the bill, and fake "negotiate" a price with the dispatch service owners Lior Gabay and Arik Isrealvov who awnsers the phones at night time here in the US, then its daytime in isreal. Please look to see that the company you are using is BBB accreddited and Google isnt angies list and verify the TOTAL COST before someone is sent out to you, you will save $$$ and hassle!

The one thing this company did right was go and unlock a car for my friend. They charged my card an exorbitant amount and I called to question it. I was told the locksmith technician would call me back. He did, but only on accident, thinking he was talking to a new customer. When I told him I had a billing question he hung up instantly. Obviously someone who takes advantage of people in an emergency.
