Hi, I bought a book from the Alfred Music Company in Van Nuys California. My cc was charged last Saturday. I called to see when it would be shipped, at first I talked to a man who told me it would take about 3 to 5 days. Ok tomorrow makes a week, still no shipment. I called again and this time I got a nasty woman who told me all sales are final. I had asked for a refund since they had charged my cc and not shipped my item yet. She refused. She also told me it would be another 2 weeks before my item was shipped. She said all sales and all transactions are final also. The clarinet book is only 10.00 but 10.00 to us is a lot of money.
