We have imported solar panel from china, on 14-04-2023. Till july-2023 they specially (bank manager akbar ali, trade officer madam rabia) were saying that we will get approval but almost mid of july-2023 they refused us and say that its state bank verbal instruction not to clear solar panel document. We provide over all required documents but the behavior I encountered from members of the alfalah management was not only unprofessional but also displayed a lack of empathy and understanding towards the challenges I faced. We have a huge sum of detention and port charges already.

To my surprise, today I received notice that these documents were returned without a detailed explanation, leaving me in a state of uncertainty and distress. As a customer of alfalah bank for several years. Recent incident has shattered that trust and left me questioning the reliability of the services I once held in high regard.
